Dot's design takes cues from the pre-iOS 8 music app, delivering an experience that feels new while remaining familiar.
Dot utilizes the benefits of Apple Music with none of the bloat or distractions. There are no recommendations, no algorithmically-generated playlists, and no full-catalog search, leaving nothing between you and your library of music.
All throughout Dot, you'll find little design details that help you get music playing as fast as possible, like swipe controls to add to the queue and constantly-visible play and shuffle controls on albums and playlists.
When you update to iOS 14, you'll find 4 beautifully designed home screen widgets for the currently playing track and your favorited albums, along with other iOS 14 optimizations.
*Home screen widgets require all features to be unlocked.
Dot is free to download and is fully-featured right out of the box. If you want to unlock more power from the app, however, a one-time purchase is available to unlock all the features Dot has to offer.
